My mum, Connie Porter was an amazing mum and friend to all the family, when she got diagnosed with Lung Cancer our world fell apart but although she was told she only had 6 months to live she somehow found the strength to fight this disease everyday and we fulfilled her every wish until she lost her battle in May 2012. My life now is so different and I still feel a part of me has gone with her, I miss her so much, I didn't just loose my mum, I lost my best friend too. All my love Kay xx
